About Our Site

SaferMotoring was formed to offer a unique reference point on keeping you and your vehicle safe.

The road can be a very dangerous place, but by following some simple and sensible advice, you can significantly reduce your chances of being involved in a road accident.

With this in mind, SaferMotoring was created to offer UK motorists a unique point of reference where you can learn how to keep your vehicle safe and roadworthy. You'll find safer driving tips and suggestions on how to keep your motoring costs down.

Also on SaferMotoring, there are tips and tricks on how to increase your personal safety when parking and returning to your car at night, and things that you can do to decrease the likelihood of your car being targeted by thieves when you have to leave it behind somewhere. We also have a question and answer facility, so if we don't cover what you're looking for, you can email your question to our experts, for personal, friendly advice.

Whether your journeys are long or short, over motorways or country roads, and in a 4x4 or a Smart Car - there is something for you in our informative articles and features, all written by people who have experience or a particular interest in this area. Our hope is that SaferMotoring will help you to get the best out of your vehicle and ensure that you have a safer and more enjoyable motoring experience.

Our concern was that there was no single UK resource for interesting features and practical advice on this subject.

Our features and articles are written by experts - who have experience, or a particular interest in this area.
